# Applying a Promo Code at Checkout

| **Step** | **Action** |
| --- | --- |
| **1 — Add items to cart** | Finish each order form and click **Add to Cart**. |
| **2 — Open your cart** | Click the cart icon (top-right). |
| **3 — Enter your promo code** | In the **Order Summary** panel, click **Have a promo code?** Type the code and press **Apply**. |
| **4 — Confirm the discount** | The total updates instantly. If the code is invalid or expired, you’ll see an error message. |
| **5 — Proceed to checkout** | Complete payment; the discount is locked in. |

**Rules to remember**

- One promo code per order.
- Codes apply to service fees only (shipping excluded).
- Promo codes are valid for UK customers and cannot be added after payment.
