# Changing Your Return Address

You can update your return (delivery) address **until the parcel ships back from the tailor**. After that, the carrier lock-in prevents changes.

#### **1 ▪ When you can change it**

| Waiting for Tailor | **Yes** — free |
| Tailor Accepted – Awaiting Item | **Yes** — free |
| Item Received by Tailor | **Yes** — contact Support |
| Item Tailored & Shipped Back | **No** — carrier label already printed |

#### **2 ▪ How to update the address (self-service)**

1. Go to **My Orders ▸ View Details**
2. Click **Edit Address** under *Return Address*
3. Enter the new UK postcode; autocomplete fills the rest
4. Click **Save** — you’ll see *Address updated* in the timeline

*(This button disappears once the tailor marks ****Item Received****.)*
