# Changing Your Email or Password

### **Updating your email address**

1. Log in and go to **My Account → Account Details**.
2. In the **Email address** field, type your new address.
3. Click **Save Changes** at the bottom of the page.
4. Check the new inbox for a confirmation message and click the verify link.Until you verify, the old email remains active for notifications.

### **Changing your password**

1. Still in **My Account → Account Details**, scroll to **Password Change**.
2. Enter your current password, then the new one (minimum eight characters, mix of letters and numbers).
3. Click **Save Changes**.
4. You will be prompted to log in again with the new password.

### **Forgotten password**

1. Click **Lost your password?** on the login page.
2. Enter your account email and follow the reset link sent to you.
3. Choose a new password and log in.

Keep your email up to date and use a strong password to maintain the security of your iSeam.uk account.
