# Accepted Payment Methods & Security

iSeam.uk processes all payments through a PCI-DSS–certified gateway. Your card details never touch our servers.

### **Payment methods we accept**

iSeam.uk currently accepts **UK-issued major debit and credit cards only**. All payments are processed through our PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway (Stripe), so your card details never touch our servers.

| **Visa (UK)** | Debit & credit cards issued by UK banks. |
| **Mastercard (UK)** | Debit & credit cards issued by UK banks. |
| **Maestro (UK)** | UK domestic Maestro cards. |
| **Apple Pay / Google Pay (UK cards)** | Available on supported devices; underlying card must be one of the UK card types above. |

**How we keep payments secure**

| **HTTPS encryption** | Every checkout page is protected by 256-bit SSL. |
| **Tokenised card data** | Stripe converts your card number to a one-time token; iSeam.uk never stores raw card info. |
| **PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway** | Stripe meets the highest industry security standard. |
| **3-D Secure / SCA** | Extra verification step (e.g. banking app or SMS) for UK cards under PSD2 rules. |

### **Refund route**

- All refunds go **back to the original UK card**.
- Funds typically appear within **3–5 business days** (bank processing times may vary).
