# Managing Saved Addresses

### **Viewing your addresses**

1. Log in and open **My Account → Addresses**.
2. Two cards appear: **Billing Address** (used for receipts) and **Shipping / Return Address** (used for garment return).

### **Adding a new address**

1. Click **Add** beneath the Shipping Address card.
2. Enter the UK address and postcode; autocomplete helps you fill fields quickly.
3. Click **Save Address**.
4. The new entry becomes the default shipping/return address.

### **Editing an existing address**

1. In **My Account → Addresses**, click **Edit** on the card you want to update.
2. Change any field (street, city, phone).
3. Click **Save Address** to confirm.Changes apply to future orders only; open a ticket if you need to change the return address on an order already **In Progress**.

### **Deleting an address**

1. Click **Delete** under the address card.
2. Confirm in the pop-up.
3. If it was the default address, WooCommerce prompts you to set another saved address as default.

### **Setting a default address**

- The last address you save automatically becomes default.
- To switch, click **Set as Default** on any saved entry.

### **Tips**

- Use a workplace or neighbour’s address if you’re away during delivery hours.
- Check the postcode carefully; returns sent to a wrong postcode may incur re-delivery fees.
