# Tailor Verification & Credentials

All tailors on the platform are independent professionals who have passed our **three-step verification**:

1. **ID & Address Check** – Government-issued ID plus proof of workshop/ business address.
2. **Portfolio Review** – We request sample photos or completed test pieces.
3. **Quality & Timeliness Trial** – New tailors complete a small batch of internal jobs before going public.

Customer ratings remain visible on every tailor’s profile, and payment is released only after you confirm delivery.
